Hey David!

Thanks for stopping by and contributing to the "social conversation" :) I'm doing great! How's your part of the world these days?

And you are so right about them appreciating it. A lot of legal teams freak out when they haven't been brought into the loop - or are only brought in to clean up a mess someone has created without the forethought of the legal consequences of interacting in social media communities can bring upon a company. It only makes sense to want to keep your company on the "up and up" and save yourself a whole lot of hassle. Might seem a bit annoying to some marketing teams, but in the end bringing legal into your strategy early on is one of the smartest things you can do!

Hey Li, how are you? Great idea to bring legal in (early) and make sure you've addressed some of their issues ahead of time. They'll appreciate it and may be an easier sell. Expect a few rounds of revisions and changes to your strategy before moving forward. Just setting expectations.
